Barbecued food is in founder Emily McCorkell’s DNA. As a girl growing up in Philadelphia, her parents would scrape snow off the outdoor BBQ to smoke their Christmas dinner, and trial new flavour combinations in the kitchen while she did her homework at the table.
After meeting her husband, Emily went on to make Ireland her home, but her passion for food and the flavours of the USA remained close to her heart.
