To make a Refuge thick liquid hot chocolate just like we do:
(Based on 900w microwave)
-Spoon in 45g / 4 tablespoons of the hot chocolate blend into a microwavable mug.
-Pour 125ml double cream into the mug.
-Heat in microwave for 1 minute 20 seconds..
-Remove mug from microwave.
-Stir well until blended.
-Heat again for a few seconds if you want to make it a bit warmer.
-Drink and enjoy.
Instead of the above methods, heat the liquid in a saucepan on the hob.
You may also wish to substitute cream for milk or a dairy alternative.
